My Story
Hi, I’m Stacy Sass, founder of Forge Financial Advisory.
For years I served as both CFO and CEO of a successful family-owned metal fabrication company. I designed and implemented the entire financial infrastructure from the ground up in a real-world manufacturing environment.
That hands-on experience showed me how powerful well-designed financial systems can be for family businesses.
Now I bring that same executive-level expertise to other family-owned manufacturers and builders on a flexible basis.
